It has two variations from it base model, one with an auto Label Peeler, and one with an Automatic Cutter. The warranty applies to claims notified by you during the period of thirty six (36) months from the date you purchased the product.These products will be handled as follows:-
1. Where the claim is notified by you within twelve (12) months from your date of purchase of the product - You must return the product to the place of purchase for a replacement.
2. Where the claim is notified by you after twelve months (12), but within thirty six (36) months from your date of purchase of the product - You must send the product to the Brother Technical Service Centre where it will be either repaired or replaced. The machine replacement may be new or refurbished depending on availability
