All Returns must be pre-registered with Labelcity

We will offer a refund/ exchange on all products purchased at Labelcity. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund / and or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

If you have a faulty item, please call us on 1800 645 100 so we can assess your circumstances. We will either send you a replacement straight away or we might require you to return the faulty item(s) item.

Should you wish to return an item(s), you must call us on 1800 645 100 so we can pre-register your return and give you a Return Authorisation Number. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorisation Number.
